    After reading the reviews here I was expecting to be reduced to little pieces. Instead I was treated in the most courteous and helpful way by a group of lovely people. Other customers there were also treated in the same way as far as I could see. Top marks.

    They really don’t deserve even 1 star. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced, not really helping branch they had 35 minutes time but they refused to help us.
